Has been a firework stand in the summers for many years. Would be a great Fruit Stand, Pumpkin patch, Christmas Tree sales... or cold storage. Not sure all of the possibilities but the little building has electric power, plenty of exterior area and ample parking. Common area bathrooms are located in the main Retail building.

Lets get creative and figure out what the City will allow. Landlord is flexible and wants to promote opportunity and improve the west side downtown. Bring ideas!
